Program participants gain access to tailored support services, recovery groups, nutritious meals, and case management designed to promote overall well-being.
Eligibility
Participants must meet the following criteria to qualify for our program:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a confirmed HIV diagnosis.
- Currently struggle with a substance use disorder.
- Reside within the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Rules
Participants must adhere to all program guidelines, including attending scheduled sessions and maintaining respectful conduct within group settings.
Screening
To qualify for our program, participants must be 18 or older, have an HIV diagnosis, and reside within the Atlanta metropolitan area. Click below to begin the screening process.

Clean Day For Dirty Day
Substance Abuse remains a significant public health issue, affecting individuals, families, and communities. “Clean Day for A Dirty” is a harm reduction program aimed at reducing the negative consequences associated with substance abuse. This program focuses on providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with addiction, promoting healthier lifestyles, and reducing the stigma associated with substance use disorders.

Explores the stages of sexuality and identity development, particularly relevant to the LGBTQ/SGL community.
Inner Child
Helps participants reconnect with and heal their inner child, fostering emotional growth and self-discovery.
Anger Management
Teaches skills and techniques for effectively managing and expressing anger.
Goal Setting
Empowers participants to define and achieve personal goals, aiding their overall growth and recovery.
Health & Wellness
Focuses on promoting physical and mental well-being through various health practices.
Healthy Sexual Behaviors
Offers guidance on maintaining safe, consensual, and fulfilling sexual relationships.
Budgeting
Teaches financial literacy and effective money management.

HTL provides non-medical case management to assist program participants with:
- Birth certificates
- IDs
- Accessing public entitlements
- Peer Buddy System
- Peer Support Recovery Coaches
MEAL PROGRAM
Here’s To Life aims to achieve viral load suppression through medication adherence. We offer daily nutritious meals, including options for vegans and vegetarians, along with nutrition education and cooking classes. Participants are welcome to drop in for lunch.
